Train to Gain offers high quality, work-based training to hundreds of employed staff and volunteers wanting to improve their knowledge and skills. The training covers retail training, customer services, hairdressing, business admin, catering, childcare and care.
If you are an adult and need help to improve your literacy and innumeracy, the Skills for Life programme could help.
Are you unemployed and looking for work related training, coaching and advice, including work trials and placements in many sectors around the county then Routeways to Employment may be able to help.

Open Door is a 4-week programme to help you gain motivation, confidence and team-working skills which could assist you in finding employment or training.
Anyone taking part in this programme will be eligible for EMA (Educational Maintenance Allowance) and travel expenses.
E2E offers valuable work experience and qualifications tailored to your needs. On completion of this programme you may be able to progress onto an apprenticeship, employment or further education.
