Pitman Training

Pitman Training offers both private and Learndirect training in different locations around Kent.  They have centres in Dartford, Chatham, Bromley, Gravesend, Maidstone, Croydon and Tunbridge Wells.

Under the Learndirect system anyone aged 19 or over can study for their National Level 1 and 2 Qualifications in literacy and numeracy (equivalent to GCSE grade A-C).  These qualifications are used by employers to ensure their staff have Maths and English skills of a defined standard, jobseekers or employees also use these qualifications to demonstrate that their knowledge is still at the standard of their existing qualifications, or for those who have not completed their GCSEs or equivalent..
