There are a variety of ways that you can learn new skills and develop existing ones and Kent Connection has pulled together some key contacts and information that should help to point you in the right direction.

Volunteering

Volunteering provides an excellent opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst making new friends and supporting your local community. There are so many different ways in which you can volunteer including conservation work, helping in libraries, making a positive difference to children and adults  with physical or learning disabilities or volunteering within sport. There really is something for everyone.

RBLI

If you are finding it hard to get back into work due to a health condition or a disability then the RBLI may be able to help you. The RBLI offers free back to work training and support to around 2,000 people every year.
